I understand that participating in soccer activities involves physical contact and inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or even death. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses I may incur as a result of my participation.

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Futbol Factory, its owners, coaches, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands related to participation in pickup soccer events, including negligence.

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Futbol Factory staff to seek medical treatment on my behalf. I agree to be financially responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

All players are expected to show respect to others on and off the field. Unsportsmanlike behavior, harassment, or excessive aggression will not be tolerated. Fighting, physical altercations, or threats of violence will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all future Futbol Factory activities. Any player under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave and may be permanently removed at the discretion of staff.

Futbol Factory reserves the right to remove any participant at any time for behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

I grant permission to Futbol Factory to take photographs, video, and/or audio recordings during pickup sessions in which I may appear. I authorize these materials to be used for promotional, advertising, or educational purposes, including on social media, the Futbol Factory website, and printed materials. I waive any right to compensation or ownership of such materials.

All players must wear appropriate footwear (no metal cleats). Water only on the turf-no food, gum, or sports drinks. Clean up after yourself and respect the space. Entry and play are only permitted during designated pickup times.

I understand that pickup is a pay-to-play program. Payments are non-refundable unless canceled by Futbol Factory. Spot availability is limited and not guaranteed without pre-registration.
